Lang’ata MP Felix Odiwuor, popularly known as Jalang’o, has officially announced his intention to vie for the Nairobi Senate seat in the 2027 general election, setting up a high-stakes contest against incumbent Senator Edwin Sifuna amid competition from Lands PS Nixon Korir and South C MCA Abass Khalif.
UDA announced September 20, 2025, as the date for party nominations ahead of by-elections, with applications open from August 14 to September 5 and set fees for aspirants.
